Company History
Brothers, Clifton and Nelson Sanders established Sanders & Sanders Auction & Realty Service, after having worked under the tutelage of Mr. Carl Turner with Turner and Sanders Auction & Realty. Clifton obtained his license as an auctioneer in the mid-1960s. Nelson became a licensed real estate broker in the early 1970s. Upon the death of Mr. Turner, Clifton and Nelson established Sanders & Sanders Auction & Realty Service in 1976. Keith Sanders joined the firm as a licensed auctioneer in 2008. Kerry and Donnie Sanders also serve in this family-owned business.
We have over 80 combined years of experience in auctions and private sales. Sanders & Sanders Auction & Realty Service originated in Edmonson County. Although we handle sales throughout the state, our base of operations is located in Edmonson County. We are staffed entirely by family members, all of whom reside in the county. Our firm sells real estate by private listing or auction. We handle the sale of homes, businesses, farms, and subdivided properties. We also conduct auctions of real estate, personal property, antiques, machinery, vehicles, and estate. We are accepting auctions and listings for private sale.
